Aaron is based in Crouch End (N8), in the London Borough of Haringey. He's available for recording sessions at studios across London and further afield, and can also travel to a client's own space for tracking or mixing.

Aaron works across both analog and modern digital workflows. He has extensive experience tracking on vintage consoles — including a Sound Techniques ZR36 and a Flickinger board with 2-inch tape — and an ear for vintage microphone selection, including Neumann, AKG, and Coles ribbon mics.

His approach blends analog warmth with contemporary recording techniques, adapted to whichever studio or space a session calls for.

Aaron Feeney discovered his passion for music at age nine, playing double bass in his school orchestra. In 2016 he moved to the United Kingdom and earned a BA in Popular Music at Goldsmiths, University of London.

He went on to build his recording career out of Los Angeles — engineering at studios including Boulevard Recording and Bell Choir Studios — before returning to London, where he's now based in Crouch End. His approach is rooted in close collaboration with artists — building trust, understanding their vision, and delivering recordings that exceed expectations.
